I charge a 50% cancellation fee for all no-shows or cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment. All retainer fees (deposits) are applied toward your service. However, if you cancel before the 48-hour window, the retainer fee is non-refundable. If I cancel your appointment or give the option to reschedule, please note that the required booking fee covers the cost of the hair for your appointment and will not be refunded. You are welcome to pick up your hair, but the money paid toward the hair will not be refunded. I do not charge a late fee, but I do expect clear communication ahead of time if you know you’ll be running late. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
